Stage 1 - Application
You can apply directly online, or download our application form and hand in at Felixstowe Town Hall.Top tip - Please provide as much detail as you can, this will help speed up the next stage of the process.
Stage 2 - Consideration
Our trustees will consider your application, and assess whether it meets our criteria. We may be in touch via email or phone to ask for additional information to help us in this process.Stage 3 - Decision
One of our trustees will be in touch. Your application may be approved, not approved, or referred to one of our charity partners. We typically make decisions on most applications within one month.Complete the application form online, which will be sent to us digitally.

We have been able to help a number of local residents by providing appliances, food vouchers, training courses, educational costs and other essential items or needs.

Applicants must have lived in Felixstowe for a minimum of three years prior to application. You will be asked this on application. We are unable to accept multiple applications within a 12 month period. Please let us know if your situation is more complex.
